SUNSHADES FOR HOTEL IN CHIBA
Pool-side tarps for Hotel Rokuza in Tateyama, Japan.
Water-repellent fabric was used to provide not only shade but also rain protection, with the structure designed at a slope to allow rainwater to run off smoothly.
The design was carefully planned to appear nearly symmetrical when viewed from the center of the pool. By layering multiple tarps, the space achieves a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere.
